Hi, I'm Crumbs... and I'm looking for my forever person.

I might only have three legs now, but I promise - I have more than enough love to give. Life's been a little bumpy so far, but I wake up every day hoping that someone will see me, not just as the dog who's been through a lot, but as the loyal, gentle friend I'm ready to be.

I'm a soft, shy boy who just needs a bit of time to feel safe. Once I do, I'll gently nudge your hand for pats, curl up nearby while you work or read, and look at you with eyes full of love and trust. I don't need much - just kindness, patience, and someone who doesn't mind that I do things a little differently now.

You see, I recently had one of my back legs removed. It was a big change, but I'm learning how to get around just fine on three legs - I'm stronger than I look. While I recover, I'll need a little extra care and gentle management to keep me comfortable and safe.

I'd love a quiet home, maybe with older kids who understand I need to go slow. I might be able to live with another calm dog, if we have a proper introduction. And even if you're away at work during the day, I could adjust to that too - with a bit of time to settle in and know I'm safe.

One more thing: I'll need to come back to the RSPCA soon for my sterilisation surgery - so my new family will need to bring me in when the time comes. The team will explain everything and make sure it's as easy as possible.

I know I'm not perfect, but I promise you - if you give me a chance, I'll love you with my whole heart.
