About Crumb
*I WILL BE AVAILABLE ON SATURDAY 30TH AUGUST AT THE PUPPY ADOPTION DAY HELD AT THE NORTH MELBOURNE LOST DOGS HOME.*
Crumb spent some time prepping for our puppy adoption event with one of our fantastic foster carers! Here's what they had to say about him:
"Crumb is a quirky little soul who wants to be everyone's best friend.
He has a laid back personality, is curious about our cats and playful but respectful with other dogs.
His favourite place to sleep is nuzzled into your neck, as he flops his tired body into you after a long hard 20 minutes of playing. Crumb is very happy with himself when he does his business on the back grass. His whole body wiggles with pride as he makes his way to the treats cupboard for his reward. Crumb is an optimistic little guy, who will turn the other cheek to the occasional cat slapping, but deep down, he's sensitive with a heart of gold and will probably never understand why that cat didn't appreciate his bids for affection.
His energy is assured, protective and he will grow a strong bond with his forever family, who will be so lucky to have him <3"
Puppies require patience, routine and consistency. They are still learning about toilet training, how to be polite and how to be on their own. This little puppy is still young and needs guidance to grow and thrive. We recommend that they get put into puppy school to help with socialization as soon as possible. We also recommend that you use treats and toys to help reassure your puppy of the right way to be a dog.
All of our puppies are fed on premium Royal Canin food while at the Shelter and in foster. We recommend that you purchase a bag at the time of adoption (40% off from our friends at Royal Canin) so your new best friend can settle in to the home in the best possible way.
This little baby is still growing and learning so needs enrichment and things to keep them busy so they don't get bored at home.. that's when sneaky chewing can happen!
*Do I sound like the perfect fit for you and your family? Come and adopt me on Saturday the 30th of August!*
