Our adoption process involves the applicant to come into our store and pass a care test and also demonstrate a full understanding of what is needed to care for the pet. We are here to educate and make sure the animal will be cared for correctly. ALL applicants must be approved by Nelly so please be patient if she is not working the day you come in. Our pets are guaranteed to be in good health at time of purchase.
You may return the animal to us for a full refund within 7 days providing it has been examined by a veterinarian surgeon with 48 hours of purchase and found to have a disease or congenital defect which will significantly reduce the animal’s lifespan.

If the animal is returned to Nelly’s Ark for any other reason within 3 days of purchase you are entitled to a 75% refund of the original adoption price.
