Meet Bruzzy, a handsome young Kelpie cross who is ready to find his forever family! This sweet boy is still learning the ropes of being a family pet, but he is responding beautifully to training.

Bruzzy is a total smooch who thrives on human affection - he'll stand beside you and accept gentle pats all day! He might be a bit shy with new experiences, but gentle handling and a little patience quickly win him over. Bruzzy is people and big-kid friendly, and he's making great progress with his manners, like learning not to jump up and to sit politely. He's also a great walking partner and handles the lead like a pro. In the home, he's a chill, easy-going dog, happy to do his own thing and sunbake or potter around the house with you. Bruzzy is fine to be left alone once his needs are met.

As a classic working-breed dog, Bruzzy has strong natural instincts - he can be prone to herding behaviours like circling and nipping. For this reason, Bruzzy will thrive with an owner who understands these specific breed traits and can meet his mental and physical needs.

Bruzzy would be happy as an only dog or with another tolerant dog who doesn’t mind his Kelpie antics. Only dog-savvy cats would be appropriate as he doesn’t differentiate them from sheep!
