Hey friends, my name is Meadow. I’m a confident, affectionate little tigress and I'm ready to find my forever home.

I was spotted by kind-hearted locals who noticed I was in trouble. I was just a young kitten, wearing a collar that had slipped and become painfully embedded under my arm. A lovely member of the public rescued me and rushed me to the vet, where they discovered I’d likely been attacked. I was in a lot of pain, but thanks to antibiotics, pain relief, and round-the-clock care from my foster carer, I bounced back beautifully. No one came forward to claim me, so I’ve been desexed, microchipped, and vaccinated — now I’m ready for my next chapter.

These days, I’m playful, curious, and full of cheeky charm. I love chasing the laser pointer, climbing my cat tower (my castle!), and occasionally splashing in the shower water just for fun. I’m affectionate and loyal once I get to know you — I’ll be nearby throughout the day, and I love morning and evening snuggles. I’m also a very well-behaved girl at night, snoozing peacefully on my own bed until morning.

I’m confident and curious around my k9 foster siblings (from behind the safety of glass doors and pet gates), and with proper introductions I could adapt well to a calm, cat-savvy dog or another friendly feline. I haven’t lived with children, but I’m gentle and well-mannered, so I’d likely do well in a family home — especially if I have quiet spaces to retreat to when I need a break. 💗 To help us start off on the right paw, be sure to follow the resources in the email from SCA Qld for introducing me to any new fur siblings.

I love my meals and will politely remind you if dinner’s running late! I’m also great at staying hydrated — I enjoy drinking from the water bowl and would be thrilled if you had a fountain. I’m a litter tray superstar too, with no accidents and excellent manners.

Medical Notes:
I tested negative for FIV/FeLV and have been an inside only kitty since. I should be kept inside or in an enclosure to keep me (and the wildlife!) safe and healthy.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SCA DOES NOT CONDONE ROAMING CATS – when applying to adopt me, it is expected that I will be kept as an indoor only cat and/or in a suitable outdoor enclosure.

All applications will be assessed for suitability and compatibility. Approved adoptions will commence with a two week trial, after which time the adoption will be final and the microchip will be transferred to you.
