Cuddly girl!
- Sweet Violet is a pretty girl with bright amber eyes, lovely grey fur, and a little white spot on her chest.
- Violet never tires of pats, love, and affection.
- Not afraid of strangers or visitors, she will be the first to greet them and may even snuggle up next to them on the couch.
- Violet will very happily sleep with you on the bed, curled up under your arm, if you let her.
- She’d rather cuddle than play with toys.
- Violet would be fine as an only pet or in a household with relaxed cats.
- She’s currently in care with the adult male cat in her foster home.
- Although Violet and her foster buddy get along, Violet doesn’t quite understand friendly play - she gets scared when he chases her. She is untested with dogs or children.
- Viloet is litter trained and a good eater.
- Violet is very charming but a bit sneaky, too - will escape outside if given a chance!
- She would therefore be most suitable in a home with adults / older children to ensure she is kept safe indoors or with access to an enclosure or catio.

Our adoption process includes a two-week trial period to ensure you and your adopted pet are the right fit.
The adoption fee includes desexing, vaccinations, microchip (including transfer of ownership), flea and worm treatment and vet check.
SAFE Busselton requests that all persons adopting a cat adhere to responsible containment practices. As per the current Cat Laws in WA we encourage people to keep their rescued cat as a permanent indoor cat or with access to a safe cat run. It is no longer desirable to allow your cat to wander onto adjoining properties. Confident cats can also be trained to walk on a harness and lead. We ask that owners be responsible and keep their adopted cat safe at all times so that you will have a long and loving life together. Information on cat enclosures can be found here: https://safe.org.au/catios
SAFE Busselton reserves the right to select adoptive homes based on “best fit” for the pet. Although all applications will be considered, being the first application will not necessarily provide an advantage as the adoption committee considers many factors when matching animals to their new home.
