Meet Bear and Buddy – Window Gazers, Nap Takers, and Forever Brothers!

Nature
These inseparable brothers have been together since kittenhood, and their bond is as strong as their love for sleeping and snack time. Their days are spent simple, snoozing in cosy places, sharing meals side by side, and gazing out the window watching the world go by. Occasionally, they’ll launch a dramatic, but always unsuccessful, mission to catch birds through the glass.

They are timid at first but once they get to know their new surroundings, they will enjoy cuddles on their own terms and spend the night curled up on the end of the bed keeping your feet warm. Bear enjoys being engaged in play time, but Buddy is quite happy to sit and watch. They are very playful together and just like little boys will playfight and run around the house together.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
They have lived with younger and older children so will be OK going to a home with the same. They like their own space and are not a fan of loud noises.

They have not lived with any other animals and have always stayed indoors with the odd expedition into the back garden.

Likes / Dislikes
They enjoy sleeping in front of the window and spending the evenings cuddled on your knee.

They dislike loud noises and being around lots of people. They will take themselves away to hide until the coast is clear again.

Our PURR-fect home would be together of course! We’d be happy with children who will enjoy cuddles and playtime but respect our space when we need it.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

*Bear and Buddy’s adoption fee includes sterilisation, vaccination and microchip

Medical Notes: Bear suffers from Feline lower urinary tract disease (FLUTD) and previously has had a urinary blockage. Bear will need to be monitored for any signs of difficulty urinating, or blood in his urine. He may or may not require sporadic treatment throughout his life, which may involve antibiotics and anti-inflammatories. Bear requires a low stress home and a strict urinary prescription diet.
