About Milly
Milka is a spirited and sensitive cat looking for a home that understands her need for both love and personal space. Like many cats, she can become overstimulated with too much handling or petting. Her future family should be attentive to her body language - signs like a flicking tail, dilated pupils, or flattened ears - which let you know she's had enough.
Milka thrives best with gentle, hands-off play using toys rather than direct handling. Encouraging interactive play, especially structured sessions twice a day, can help her release energy in a healthy way and build trust. Enrichment like vertical climbing spaces and feeding puzzles will keep her mind active and help reduce boredom or frustration.
She would do best in a quieter home with teens or adults who can read basic cat body language and respect her boundaries. While Milka has shown sociability with other cats in the past, she's recently shown signs of stress around them and may prefer to be the only cat in the home. However, with a very slow and patient introduction, she might adapt to a calm, respectful feline companion. She may also do well with a calm, cat-savvy dog who gives her space, under close supervision.
Milka is a loving girl with so much potential - she just needs the right environment to feel safe and shine. If you're looking for a cat with character, independence, and the capacity for deep connection once trust is built, Milka may be your perfect match.
