Ahoy mateys! My name is KLAUS NO or sometimes WHY KLAUS (as in Mr Klaus from Flora & Ulysses) I’m part of Silver Lining Pet Rescues “Obscure Disney Cats” litter and I’m looking for my forever home.
Are you right into balance? Yin and Yang, dark and light, angels and demons? Great news, I’m your new cat. Foster mama says I am equal parts good and evil but I don’t know about that.
Despite my young age I am already a career criminal who will steal anything that even slightly resembles food or a toy that isn’t bolted down. Full disclosure: my idea of what constitutes food and toys varies a great deal from other cats. I will not elaborate further.
I routinely terrorize my siblings with rough play and would love to go to a house where there is someone who enjoys being body slammed or attacked while they are asleep - preferably another cat.
I am also a hopeless romantic who, when not actively being a menace, is ALLEGEDLY very sweet. My brother taught me how to be cute so you get treats, and also how to do gentle head bumps - the humans go nuts for that and it leads to my favorite thing in the whole world… rump scratch'. To be clear, I will do ANYTHING for rump scratches - even be good.
I am also partial to heaters, human powered or actual - I am not fussy - I love a soft blankie and curling up after a long shift at the biscuit factory to pass out across your chest. I, like my brother Khan, am also very into watching humans in the shower and then practicing my best drifting techniques on the wet tiles after.
If you would like to meet me please email fostersadoptslpr@gmail.com or PM Silver Lining Pet Rescues Facebook Page.

Adoption Process
Once you have decided you would like to meet or apply for one of our pets, we email out our Adoption Application. We ask that the Adoption Process be read and if comfortable with how we adopt, complete the application and email it back for processing. This takes approximately 5-7 days. If approved the pet will come for a 6 week trial for cats and 3 week trial for dogs . We believe it takes that long for a pet to settle. If all goes well during the trial and you wish to finalise the adoption we email all vet certificates and change of microchip forms. We believe in matching the right pet with the right home so your application does not guarantee an approval.
