Dougal

Look out world, here comes Dougal!

Dougal is still just a baby! At 6 months, he has started to grow into his full size but he has lots of learning, exploring and adventures to go.

He loves chasing around tennis balls and working hard to earn treats. He knows how to sit and is now working on drop! He is very smart and would suit someone who can commit that time to training. He would benefit from obedience school as he doesn't know his own size at times and needs somewhere to put all his energy.

Because he is still a big ball of puppy energy but is a little bigger, we do recommend that he goes to a home where the kids are aged Secondary School and higher. He gets so excited to see you that any smaller kiddos might be knocked over or not be able to understand when he needs a break from the petting.

As Dougal is so young and learning about the world still, he may be okay with another dog, it they have patience for crazy puppy energy! If you have a dog who you think might need a friend, please make sure to bring them in so we can do meet a greet before going home together.

Dougal is a sweet boy who has lots of learning and growing to go. He will need lots of enrichment and treats to help him to keep learning his manners. In return for this hard work, he will give you so much love and loyalty for many many years to come.
