Brixie Rue is young teen sweetheart who’s already proven herself to be a total delight in the home. She adapts quickly to new environments and has shown wonderful behavior - no scratching furniture or causing any trouble.
What she does love, though, is affection! Brixie thrives on attention and cuddles, happily soaking up love from her humans. She’ll be the perfect match for someone looking for a gentle, affectionate, and loyal companion to share their life (and couch) with.
Like all Maggie's pets, Bernard is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: y dream home is one filled with love, playtime, and plenty of cuddles. I’d be happiest with people who can give me attention and keep me company, but I’m also content to nap nearby while you go about your day. As long as I’m part of the family and included in your world, I’ll thrive.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I’ve got just the right amount of kitten energy! I love chasing toys and exploring, but I’m just as happy curling up for snuggles when playtime’s over. The best of both worlds, really - playful and affectionate.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I haven’t met any little humans yet, but I’m a gentle soul. With a calm and structured introduction, I think we could become great friends. I’d love a patient family who can show me the ropes and let me adjust at my own pace.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I haven’t had the chance to meet other furry friends yet, but I’m curious and gentle by nature. With a slow and positive introduction, I think I could happily share my home with another friendly cat or even a calm dog.

Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
