About Louie
Meet Louie: Your Future Fur-Nado of Fun!
Prepare yourselves, awesome humans, for the delightful whirlwind that is Louie! This handsome, high-energy pup is on a mission to find his forever family, and trust us, he brings a whole lot of personality to the table (and sometimes, under it, investigating crumbs).
Louie is what we like to call "enthusiastically energetic." He's got a zest for life that's absolutely contagious, whether he's zooming around the yard or chasing his favorite squeaky toy with gusto. But don't let his playful antics fool you – when it's time to power down, Louie transforms into the ultimate snuggle bug. He's practically a professional leg warmer, guaranteed to keep you cozy and loved all night long!
Being the smart puppy he is, Louie is still navigating the finer points of polite society, but he's already mastered the crucial "sit for dinner" command (especially when the kibble is particularly enticing!). He's a quick learner, and with a little patience and continued positive reinforcement, he'll be acing puppy etiquette in no time.
Louie is a social butterfly and absolutely loves playing with other dogs. He'd thrive sharing a home with a canine companion who can match his energy and show him the ropes, even if that means mimicking their valiant (and hilarious) attempts to "conquer" the vacuum cleaner (don't worry, he usually waits until it's off!)
For human friends, he'd do best with active adults or perhaps older, dog-savvy children who understand puppy play and are ready for a spirited, loving pal.
If you're ready to embrace a life filled with laughter, boundless energy, and an unwavering furry shadow, then Louie is your guy. Just prepare for endless entertainment, a slightly less tidy house, and a heart overflowing with doggy devotion!

Adoption details
At Village Tails, we strive to make the adoption process as seamless as possible. We understand that bringing a new pet into your home is a big decision that will enrich your life in countless ways. That’s why we’ve developed a clear, step-by-step guide to help you find your perfect match and provide a loving home for one of our precious animals. Our dedicated team is here to support you every step of the way, from your initial interest to the joyful day you bring your new friend home.
How to Adopt: A Step-By-Step Guide:
1. Browse Our Selection: Visit our Animals page and use the menu to view the various pets we have available. Choose between cats and dogs to narrow your search.
2. Expression of Interest: Found a pet that captures your heart? Reach out to us for an Expression of Interest (EOI) form to initiate the process.
3. Patience is a Virtue: We meticulously review every EOI to ensure each animal goes to the right home. Thank you for your patience during this critical stage.
4. Meet Your Potential Pet: If your EOI is approved, we'll organise a Meet & Greet session. It’s a great opportunity for both you and the animal to see if it’s a perfect match.
5. Adoption Application & Home Review: If you're ready to move forward, you'll need to complete our adoption application and agree to a home review.
6. Review & Approval: Your application and home review will be assessed to guarantee a secure, loving environment for your potential pet.
7. Adoption Fee: Upon approval, you'll be required to pay the non-negotiable adoption fee. This fee directly supports our animal care efforts.
8. Welcome Home: Once the fee is processed, we'll coordinate the special day when you can bring your new pet home.
