Oh hi! My name is Zira (as in Scars Mum from The Lion King 2) I’m part of Silver Lining Pet Rescues “Obscure Disney Cats” litter and I’m looking for my forever home.
Don’t worry, I was given my name because of my dark markings and my preference for midnight parkour in the hallway - Zira means moonlight - I’m not planning on overthrowing any established authorities and have no revenge plans… yet.
I am a very sweet but very independent girl, who likes to play by myself because my siblings are a bit rough for my taste. I love my foster mama very much and was the first to “find my voice” and have become quite the talker. I was also the first of my siblings to work out the cat wheel - so you could say I’m an actual athlete.

Please note after spending some time in care Zira's carer believes she will benefit from having another cat for company.

Adoption details
Adoption Process
Once you have decided you would like to meet or apply for one of our pets, we email out our Adoption Application. We ask that the Adoption Process be read and if comfortable with how we adopt, complete the application and email it back for processing. This takes approximately 5-7 days. If approved the pet will come for a 6 week trial for cats and 3 week trial for dogs . We believe it takes that long for a pet to settle. If all goes well during the trial and you wish to finalise the adoption we email all vet certificates and change of microchip forms. We believe in matching the right pet with the right home so your application does not guarantee an approval.
