Meet Whisky – The Life of the Party! 🐾
Whisky is a 1-year-old Shepherd mix with the most stunning brindle coat and a personality to match. This goofy, happy boy is well trained, desexed, vaccinated, and ready to find his forever family.
He grew up on a farm and has lived with kids, other dogs (big and small), and even cats – getting along with everyone he meets. True to his playful nature, he loves to chase the motorbike, and while farm life was fun, he was a little too interested in the sheep. For that reason, his family made the tough decision to surrender him, but he’s proven to be wonderful with all other animals.
Whisky is the definition of friendly and fun-loving. With his medium-length coat (similar to a shepherd) and possible Labrador/Staffy mix in his genes, he’s a gorgeous blend of breeds – but most importantly, he’s got the sweetest temperament. There’s not a mean bone in his body – just love, loyalty, and plenty of smiles to share.

Adoption details
Call Queanbeyan Council on 1300 735 025 to be transferred through to an Animal care Officer that works at the facility. The animal care officer will take your details, send you an application form and if suitable make contact to book in a meet and greet at the facility with the desired pet.
Adoption fee cost:
When you purchase the animal they will either be desexed or the cost of desexing will be included in the fee. You will receive a voucher to take to a local vet to have the animal operated on. All animals adopted from our animal management facility receive free lifetime registration in NSW.
