About Odin
Meet Odin – Your New Best Friend!
Odin is a six-month-old dachshund with a heart full of love and a happy, easy-going personality. He adores people and is always ready for affection, especially belly rubs, which are his absolute favourite. Odin is an independent little guy, but he thrives on companionship and enjoys being around his family.
When it comes to other animals, Odin is a gentle and submissive boy. He may take a little time to warm up to new dogs, but once he feels comfortable, he gets along well with them. He is also good with cats, making him a wonderful fit for multi-pet households. Overall, he is a cheerful, affectionate pup who just wants to be part of the family.
Odin does have some ongoing skin issues that will require consistent management, so his new owners must be prepared to provide the care he needs to keep him comfortable and healthy. In addition, dachshunds as a breed are prone to certain health challenges, so it is essential that his future family is familiar with their needs and committed to his long-term wellbeing. We also require Odin’s adopters to have pet insurance in place to ensure he always has access to the care he may need throughout his life.
If you are interested in adopting Odin, please provide as much detail as possible in your application about how your home and lifestyle would best suit him. We expect him to be popular so please be specific in your application. The more information you share, the easier it will be for us to determine if you are the right match for this special boy.
