About Joey
đž Meet Joey đž
Joey hasnât had the easiest start to life. He was surrendered to us in very poor condition, and our groomer removed almost a kilo of painful matts from his little body. Some areas were so severe that our vet had to complete the grooming under anaesthetic.
Since then, Joey has been in foster care for three months, where he has blossomed into a much happier, more confident little dog.
⨠What Joey needs:
⢠A patient, loving owner who will continue the training his foster family has worked so hard on.
⢠A calm home with one other small dog at most, as too many can overwhelm him.
⢠He absolutely loves cats and enjoys playing with the resident kitties in his foster home.
â All of Joeyâs vet work is complete â he is desexed, vaccinated, and ready to find his forever family.
Joey is now ready to take the next step in his journey⌠straight into the arms of his perfect forever home. â¤ď¸

Adoption details
We ask that before you apply for one of our animals, you take the time to think through all aspects of having a pet in your home to ensure it is the right thing for both your family and the animal, now and in the future. Please consider how you would approach changes in your home that may affect your pet and how dedicated you would be to keeping/helping your animal when faced with any issues that may arise in the future.
If you have done this and are 100% sure that adopting is the right thing for you and your family, please fill in our adoption enquiry form - www.cognitoforms.com/LostAndFoundPetsIllawarra1/LostAndFoundPetsIllawarraIncAnimalEnquiry
Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's profile.
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in to see if it is the right match.
Before adoption, all of our animals are health checked, vaccinated, microchipped, desexed, flea/worm treated and heart worm tested (where appropriate).
