š¾ Personality
Remy is friendly with other dogs but prefers calmer ones who donāt get up in his face. He is an affectionate guy who loves pats and being brushed. He enjoys being out walking and is gaining confidence around people, even approaching strangers for pats. He hasnāt been worried by kids heās met on walks but hasnāt lived with them. Remy is still wary of men in his home, so any male in the household will need to give him time and patience. He has some quirks and can be skittish in the yard, but out in the open he is relaxed and happy.
š Training
Remy is working on his leash training & improving on lead, though he can be strong and sometimes pulls. He often looks back for reassurance or a pat. Off lead, he stays close and comes back when called. He knows āsit,ā though itās a work in progress, especially with meals. Heās learning manners like waiting and not jumping when excited. He is 90% toilet trained, sleeps in his crate or outside.
š Perfect Home
Remy is looking for a home on large property where he has space to explore. He would do best with someone home most of the time to build his trust and bond. Heād be fine as an only dog as long as his people are home often or heād be happy with another calm furry companion. An active, patient home with working breed experience would be ideal to give him the training, stimulation, and reassurance he needs.
ā¤ļø Love & tail wags,
Remy
