About Weyland
âď¸ Meet Weyland â The Blue-Eyed Wonder Pup! âď¸
Straight from the rural heartlands of NSW and into your heart, Weyland is a striking mystery mix who made the journey with his sister in search of a forever home. One look at those piercing blue eyes and perky little ears, and you'll be thinking, âHusky?ââwe certainly do! But like all the best things in life, Weyland comes wrapped in a little mystery.
𧏠Breed Guess
Our best guess? Weyland will grow into a solid mixed breed medium-sized adult (around 20kg), though he might surprise us and land a little biggerâor smaller. Like a good plot twist, part of the fun is in the journey!
đ Cheeky, Charming & Full of Beans
Weyland is your classic puppy triple threat: cheeky, playful, and extremely food-motivated (treats = YES, always). Heâs a confident little guy who enjoys meeting new people and makes friends easilyâwithout bouncing off the walls. Heâs got that cool, calm curiosity of Arctic breeds with just the right amount of independent sass.
Like most puppies, Weyland goes full tilt and then crashes for the cutest naps youâve ever seen. But as he grows, expect a high-energy adult who will need more than just a stroll around the block. Think: hikes, adventures, agility, dock divingâthis boy was made for movement!
Weyland is a boy who loves his people, making sure you're close by by hollering for you if left behind! While he's not a lap dog, he MUST be close to you, preferably napping next to you on the lounge perhaps as you WFH.
đ Smart Cookie in Training
This boy is ready to learn! Weylandâs already showing signs of being an attentive and eager student. With puppy school, consistent routines, and positive reinforcement, heâs set to become an absolute superstar. Training now = lifelong happiness for everyone.
đĄ Weylandâs Dream Home
Weyland is looking for a home that offers:
*A secure yard for zoomies and sunbaking
*People who are home more often than not (especially while heâs young)
*Structure, calm, and lots of love
*Kids 10+
* ok with puppy accepting dogs. Could be suitable for dog-social cats if introduced properly.
*Heâs likely not a great fit for apartment livingâthereâs just too much zest in this boy.
**Bonus points if youâve had experience with medium to large dogs or Arctic breeds, but committed, active homes are more than welcome to apply.

We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
