Zeke is a loyal companion seeking his forever home. Zeke is a large handsome, 3-year-old German Shepherd cross with a heart of gold and a playful spirit! This energetic boy absolutely loves to play with toys, especially squeaky ones! He'll happily spend hours fetching, chewing, and generally making the most of playtime. While Zeke is a confident and affectionate companion with those he knows and trusts, he will need sometime to build a bond with new people. He needs a patient and understanding owner who will allow him to warm up at his own pace. Zeke is looking for a special home that can meet his specific needs, Zeke thrives in calmer environments and would do best in a home with children over the age of 12 who understand canine boundaries. Zeke also prefers to be the only dog in the home. He enjoys all the attention for himself! A home with experience handling and understanding the nuances of German Shepherds is essential. A home with secure, solid fencing is a must to keep Zeke safe and happy during his outdoor adventures.
