About Arrow
***WE'RE ALWAYS ON THE LOOKOUT FOR FOSTER CARERS TO HELP US OUT SO IF YOU THINK YOU CAN PROVIDE A TEMPORARY HOME FOR ONE OF OUR BEAUTIFUL CATS PLEASE LET US KNOW. THE MORE CARERS WE HAVE AVAILABLE TO LEND A HAND THE MORE CATS WE CAN HELP REHOME***
This handsome little gentleman is one of the sweetest and gentlest cats you are every likely to meet.
Arrow was well loved by his previous owners but sadly they had a significant change in their work and living situation and could no longer provide Arrow with the love and love that he deserves, so they reached out to us to find him a new home. He comes from a loving home and has a lot of love to give.
Arrow can be a bit shy at first, like most of us, and may take a little while to warm up in his new home, but once he has a chance to settle he will become quite affectionate and very talkative. He loves his own people but can be wary around strangers.
He is a sweet and gentle soul who loves being around people. Arrow enjoys a pat and a scratch, loves a cuddle and will sleep on your bed with you if you let him and looooooves a smooch. Once he gets to know you his affectionate side will begin to shine through and you'll find yourself with a cuddly companion who will happily curl up in bed with you and cuddle the day away.
But at the same time he is not clingy or in your face. He is happy to chill out and do his own thing and then come find you when he's in the mood for attention. He's the type of cat that will follow you from room to room to keep an eye on what you are doing but will not be in your face and demanding attention while you're trying to work.
He would make a great TV buddy if you're the type to kick back and binge you're favourite show for several hours at a time.
He's also very talkative and loves to have a chat.
He does not like to be left alone for extended period of time, this one of the reasons his people decided to rehome him, so we would love to find him a home where he always has company. A young professional or couple that work from home, a retiree or a family with older ( adult ) kids would be a great fit.
Arrow has been around other cats before but isn't the biggest fan so we would ideally like to find him a home without other pets. But this is not necessarily a deal breaker. With his kind nature and gentle personality he would most likely adapt to having a feline friend around.
He has not been around young kids but at his age we're certain he would not enjoy a loud home with toddlers running around.
If you're looking to add a low maintenance, sweet, affectionate, loving and cuddly little gentleman to your home then Arrow is the cat for you.
Arrow is approximately 10 years old and has been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and is available for adoption right meow.
If you think you have the room in your heart and your home to provide this gorgeous little soul with a great life please let us know and we’ll be more than happy to arrange a time for you to meet and fall in love with him.

A little about us:
Urban Feline Australia is a newly established cat rescue service, run by one passionate individual with the help of friends and volunteers, that is dedicated to keeping cats out of kill shelters and helping them find loving forever homes. We specialize in helping "surrenders" which are cats that have lived with humans previously but for one reason or another their owners are unfortunately no longer able to look after them. We take your pets into our amazing cat sanctuary where they're treated with love and affection until the right forever home is found for them.
Urban Feline Australia is not a large company with government resources, a large facility and a lot of staff. Our tiny rescue is a one man operation run from the safety of our own home. We do this for the love of animals and our only agenda is to save as many cats as we can. We rely heavily on cooperation from friends, other rescues, our amazing foster carers and the kindness of strangers to survive. Every cent we receive from donations and adoption fees is used to keep our rescue running and cover the cost of food, water, litter, equipment and vet bills for the animals in our care.
We are doing as much as we can right now but our dream is to one day be able to purchase a larger property or facility that would allow us to be able to save the lives of many more cats in need. Perhaps even open a cat cafe so that we can spread our message to a wider audience.
We have recently created a Go Fund Me towards this end so if you would like to donate towards our cause please follow the below link.
