Described as sweet-natured, placid, and easygoing, Trixie is a little dog with a big heart. She's already discovered the joys of home comforts - especially the couch - and it's clear she'll settle beautifully into home life with the right family.
Don't let her love of lounging fool you - Trixie also has a playful, active side and enjoys engaging in gentle fun. She's well-mannered with other dogs, fine with cats, and would be happiest in a calm home with adults and dog-savvy older children.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
