This handsome little gentleman is Bagheera and he's on the lookout for his new forever home.

He was actually adopted through us a few months ago but sadly his new person had to travel overseas suddenly and could not take him with them so they reached out to us to find him a new home.

Bagheera is one of the friendliest and most confident cats you're ever likely to meet. He is super affectionate, absolutely adores people and will step confidently out of his cat carrier and strut around as if he has been living in your home the entire time.

He loves a pat and a scratch, loves to play, loves a cuddle, enjoys being picked up and is just incredibly loving.

Bagheera is also very social and gets along great with other cats. We don't know if he's ever been around young kids but with his gentle nature and social personality we doubt there would be any issues.

He would make a perfect family cat and be the perfect fit for almost any household.

Bagheera is approximately 2 years old and has been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and is available for adoption right meow.

A little about us:

Urban Feline Australia is a newly established cat rescue service, run by one passionate individual with the help of friends and volunteers, that is dedicated to keeping cats out of kill shelters and helping them find loving forever homes. We specialize in helping "surrenders" which are cats that have lived with humans previously but for one reason or another their owners are unfortunately no longer able to look after them. We take your pets into our amazing cat sanctuary where they're treated with love and affection until the right forever home is found for them.

Urban Feline Australia is not a large company with government resources, a large facility and a lot of staff. Our tiny rescue is a one man operation run from the safety of our own home. We do this for the love of animals and our only agenda is to save as many cats as we can. We rely heavily on cooperation from friends, other rescues, our amazing foster carers and the kindness of strangers to survive. Every cent we receive from donations and adoption fees is used to keep our rescue running and cover the cost of food, water, litter, equipment and vet bills for the animals in our care.

We are doing as much as we can right now but our dream is to one day be able to purchase a larger property or facility that would allow us to be able to save the lives of many more cats in need. Perhaps even open a cat cafe so that we can spread our message to a wider audience.
