Meet Osa (Spanish for "Bear") 🐾
Breed: Sarplaninac x Maremma
Age: 15 weeks old

Osa is a gentle soul with a shy, submissive nature. Due to minimal socialisation in her early puppy weeks, she can be a little aloof and reserved at first. But with patience and kindness, Osa begins to open up—and once she trusts you, she loves nothing more than cuddling on the sofa. She is a calm, stoic girl with none of the typical puppy chaos you'd expect!

She’s currently learning the basics: lead walking, simple commands, and how to feel calm and confident around livestock. She’s progressing beautifully and will thrive in a calm, consistent environment.

As a livestock guardian dog, Osa is best suited to a rural home where she’ll have space, structure, and ideally, a job to do. She will do best with owners who understand the unique traits of guardian breeds and are committed to helping her grow into a confident, well-adjusted adult.

If you’re looking for a loyal, quiet companion with a big heart (and a soft spot for couch time), Osa could be the perfect fit.

Note: Osa has had an Ovary-Sparing Spay performed which prevents pregnancy but maintains some natural hormone production for her growth and overall health.
