River

River is a loving, gentle soul with buckets of affection for everyone he meets. This sweet boy gets along beautifully with other dogs and would thrive equally living with another pooch or as your one-and-only companion.

As a young pup still discovering the world, River is eager to learn and please. He's currently mastering house training and learning which items are his toys - perfect opportunities for bonding as you guide his development together. With some very active breeds in his mix, River will need a good daily walk and lots of interaction to keep him healthy and happy.

River is already a dream at bedtime, sleeping well in his own bed in his carer's room through the night. He's also an excellent travel buddy, making car rides a breeze whether you're heading to the park or on weekend adventures.

This gentle boy is ready to shower his new family with unconditional love while continuing to grow into the amazing companion he's destined to become with some training and time.

Before applying for a puppy, please remember that adopting a pup into your home is a huge commitment. Puppies require daily exercise, positive and varied socialisation, grooming, training and playtime. When applying, please consider your work hours, holidays, and how busy your personal life is. Puppies will need someone who is home for most of the day with regular focused input, especially in those first six months after adoption. We highly recommend formal puppy classes.

MEDICAL NOTES
Adoption fee includes vet check, flea and worm treatment, puppy vaccinations, microchip (including transfer of ownership) and sterilisation at 6 months at a approved vet clinic (see list below).

ADOPTION DETAILS
Adoption Fee: $750

Our adoption process includes a meet-and-greet with you (and any dog already in your household, along with their vaccination card); a property check and a 2 week trial period to ensure your pup is the right fit for your home.

Adoption fee must be deposited electronically into our SAFE Bunbury bank account in full before adoption trial starts. SAFE Bunbury will arrange transfer of ownership on your pet's microchip once the trial period is completed.

To arrange sterilisation at 6 months old, a SAFE approved vet clinic (see below) should be selected:
