About Biscuits
Biscuits
25/06/2020 ☆ Male ☆ Siamese ☆ Special needs for an exceptionally special cat
Biscuits has come into care via the team at Innisfail Pound.
He needs a quiet, inside only home. Where he is the only cat or is with a cat who has the same circumstances as he does.
Biscuits needs time to settle in. Our poor guy was left to fend for himself for an extended period of time and had to learn to re-trust humans again. He will come with an extended trial with adoption.
Now that he knows that he is loved the most beautiful little soul has come to light.
Biscuits will say hello as soon as he sees or hears you. He has a soft of mews and also returns the “love you” mews right back.
He will head bops you as much as you let him. His head bops are adored here and we embrace them multiple times a day. He also loves a good scratch and his hidey hole in his enclosure. It’s his safety blanket.
The more you shower this guy with love the more he gives right back.

Love fiercely, rescue endlessly- because every cat deserves a second chance.
DOB: 25/6/2020
Sex: Male
Breed: Siamese
Kids: Was ok with our placid little people- but really needs a calm home.
Cats: Yes. Specific requirements - will be discussed with adopter. Slow introduction suggested .
Dogs: Untested, might not be best in his situation.
Adoption fee: $100
Local adoption only
Medical notes
Biscuits is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, flea and worm treated.
All high risk cats are FIV tested and Biscuits has returned a positive result.
What does this mean? Biscuits has a condition that affects his immune system.
Can he live a long and healthy life? Yes. In the right conditions. Angus has been given a clean bill of health by our vet. As long as he is kept inside the risks to illness are significantly reduced.
And he can’t have any other cat friends? No. if an owner wants to get the vaccine for their FIV free cat they can complete the course of three vaccinations - and the rescue can help access this at a reasonable price. Once this is done they need to maintain an annual FIV vaccine to prevent spread. However Biscuits could live with another FIV positive cat.
