About Tilly
Meet Tilly, our sweet-natured little lady with a heart full of love to give. This 10-year-old Jack Russell Terrier is looking for a companion who can appreciate her gentle disposition and loyalty. Despite her petite stature, Tilly is a guiding light of warmth and affection. Calm and loving, it's hard not to fall for her instantly.
Tilly walks exceptionally well on the lead and is easy-going with other dogs. She has proven her ability to peacefully coexist with her fellow canine companions and is unfazed by cats. While she may be a touch cautious with new acquaintances, her heart is quick to open once she finds comfort in their presence. A little patience is all it takes to unlock her trust, and soon enough, she'll be your shadow, supporting and uplifting your days.
Always eager to learn and please, Tilly is very treat motivated, making training a rewarding experience for both of you. Although she’s shown some signs of separation anxiety, she settles quickly, especially when in a loving environment where she feels secure. Tilly would thrive in a home where someone can be present more often than not—whether that be full-time or part-time. Her perfect match will be someone who can be there to enjoy Tilly's company throughout the day and indulge in her love for companionship.
If you're searching for a sweet, endearing companion who will fill your days with joy and affection, Tilly could be the perfect match for your home—ready to share in your adventures and offer her unwavering companionship.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
