"did someone say cute??" this super loving and sweet man is higgins, so lovely his foster mum wants to keep him but unfortunately, she owns waaayy too many already! higgins has had all his vet work, is 7 months old and ready to go to his new family. He’s great with kids and other cats and would soon bond with dogs. Higgins is a pale ginger / apricot and white with green eyes.
