About Hunter
Meet little super star Hunter!
Hunter is a happy, energetic, and incredibly lovable young dog looking for an active home that will embrace his big personality and even bigger heart.
He’s the kind of dog who makes friends everywhere he goes — wonderfully social with people, great with other dogs, and affectionate with children over 6 years old. Hunter thrives on connection and would love a home where someone is around often, or where he has another playful dog companion to share life with.
This goofy boy lives for adventure. Daily walks, dog park runs, playtime, and continued training are all part of what keeps him happy and fulfilled. He walks well on leash most of the time, loves food (which makes training much easier), and is eager to learn with the right guidance and consistency.
Hunter is healthy, confident, desexed, vaccinated, and free from anxiety issues. He’s still young and would benefit from ongoing training and structure, but underneath all the energy is a deeply sweet and cuddly dog who simply loves being included in everyday life. Hes great in the car too.
Hunter is not suited to homes with pocket pets, chickens, or horses.
If you’re looking for a loyal sidekick, an adventure buddy, and a dog who will make you laugh daily, Hunter may just be your perfect match.

Adoption details
Our adoption process consists of:
- An adoption application questionnaire that will be emailed upon an enquiry if we deem your enquiry is suitable for that particular animal. Please read the description of our animals before making an enquiry.
- A meet and greet to ensure yourself and any existing animals are suitable for your chosen furry friend
- A house check to ensure your property is suitable. This my include physically coming to your house, a video call or photos.
- An adoption agreement to sign upon being approved for adoption. This includes a two week trial period to allow your new pet to settle into their new home.
- Please note we are purely volunteer run so sometimes it may take up to 7 business days for the team to get back to your enquiry and we will only contact you if we believe your enquiry is suitable.
