Cookie’s soft & wavy, luscious coat will require regular grooming and attention. Daily brushing and professional grooming every 4-5 weeks will preserve his velvety and ensure he continues to look his best. As an affectionate family dog, Cookie should live indoors, but with access to outdoor spaces where he can enjoy his surroundings and feel at home as a beloved family member.

1. Have you thoroughly read through Cookie’s profile and are aware of his adoption fee?

2. Do you understand that the adoption fee helps to cover Cookie’s necessary medical costs, other expenses and also to support other animals in our care and that it is NON-NEGOTIABLE?

3. Could you provide a background check, including the number of household members, ages, occupations, and homeownership status?
(Please kindly provide us some photos of your home with your backyard ect…).

4. Could you disclose any other animals currently residing with you, along with their personalities?

5. Do you have experience with this breed, or done a well research about it?

6. Are you familiar with the long-term responsibilities of dog ownership, including training requirements and willing to give Cookie the time needed to settle in your home?

7. How many hours will Cookie be left alone each day, and who will assume responsibility for him during your absences or holiday periods?

8. Are you in a position to provide Cookie quality veterinary care and nutritious food?

9. Will Cookie be considered as a family member, living indoor with outdoor access? Please describe his proposed sleeping arrangements.

10. In case of a change in circumstances, will you reach out to us for assistance?

11. Could you please disclose your visa/residency status?
