About Diana 🌷
Well hello, human. You’ve found me, and I think that means we’re off to a good start! More photos and videos of Diana on insta @two_white_foster_cats📽️
This beautiful medium-haired tortie girl is Diana, and she’s every bit as fluffy and lovely as she looks.
Diana came into our care through a vet clinic in inner Melbourne. She was handed in as a stray with her three brothers, so emaciated that they were aged as 4 months when in truth they must have been closer to 8 months. Luckily a vet nurse saw their potential, spent months nursing them back to good health, and thanks to her, that’s all in the past.
Just look at her now: Diana is a gorgeous, well-mannered lady. Perfect with her litter box, loves a good meal, and happiest when she’s stretched out getting attention and all pats and cuddles. Her signature move is a flop onto her back for belly rubs, usually before and after dinner, when her favourite people walk in, or just because she’s happy. She likes to chill out stretched on a warm lap, and purrs when held.
Life so far has been small for Diana, with limited experiences, so expect her to be jumpy in a new place at first when she starts exploring. But once she works out all the sounds, smells, and spaces in her new home, and decides you’re her people, she’ll be flopping upside down in no time and trotting over for affection and treats with her fluffy tail confidently up.
Diana likes company. She's bit of a lazy queen - as much as she likes exploring, she's not the most active girl. She prefers to lay on top of the scratching pole and observe, and if anything, the her three brothers relied on her calm smarts. She's been fostered with two 15 year old grumpy cats, and even she's interested in making friends, she's not pushy and knows to respect their boundaries.
Diana is looking for a home with adults or teens only, ideally a calm and settled household. She’s a social girl who’s always had a feline friend, so she’s looking to join a home with another friendly cat, or even with her brother Benedict who is listed separately. She’s been fostered with small and medium-sized dogs and hasn’t minded them at all.
If you’ve been waiting for a gentle, affectionate rescue cat (with some tortitude) to share your home and your heart, Diana might just be the one.
Send us an enquiry and your new friend could be flopping upside down at your feet very soon.
