Say hello to Blue Bayou, a bright-eyed, tail-wagging bundle of joy! This young male Kelpie cross is everything you’d want in a loyal companion — full of life, love and endless energy.

Blue Bayou is a happy and outgoing boy who thrives on attention, playtime, and adventure. Whether it's exploring around the backyard, a brisk walk, or learning new tricks, Blue Bayou is always up for fun. He’s already toilet trained and absolutely loves his food, which makes him a dream to train — he’ll do just about anything for a tasty treat! He’s a gorgeous looking coal black young boy with a thick coat (which will need regular brushing) and unusual golden/copper eyes.

Being a typical Kelpie x, Blue Bayou is smart, alert, and eager to please. He would do best in a home where he can get plenty of mental and physical stimulation — and, of course, lots of cuddles! He’s a great match for an active individual or family who wants a loyal dog that’ll keep them on their toes (in the best way!). He gets on well with other dogs and is especially fond of his foster sister kelpie who is about the same age. He is great in the car and not too bad on a lead. He has not been tested yet with cats or small children.
