Meet Whiskers!

Peanut and Whiskers didn't expect to end up here. These two beautiful cats were surrendered together when their family could no longer care for them.

Confused and overwhelmed, they've found the shelter environment to be a tough adjustment and it's clear their little hearts are hurting.

Both Peanut and Whiskers are shy and shut down right now, unsure of their new surroundings and missing the comfort of a familiar home.

They're the kind of cats who need time, gentleness, and quiet understanding. With a calm environment and a patient, loving human, we believe their true personalities will begin to shine.

Though they came in together and find comfort in each other's presence, they can be adopted separately.

If you have the space and heart for two, we'd love to see them stay together. But most importantly, we're looking for adopters who will go slow, offer reassurance, and give these two the second chance they truly deserve.

If you know that the most beautiful bonds are built with patience and trust, and that love isn't always loud it's often quiet and earned.
