Jake is a beautiful, gentle boy with the kindest heart. After surviving neglect and abuse, he’s now learning what it means to feel safe and loved — and he’s blossoming more every day.

Once Jake trusts you, his affectionate nature shines through. He’ll nuzzle for pats, follow you around, and show his goofy side — especially when there are treats involved! 🍖 He’s smart and eager to please, already knowing sit, shake, and touch, and he walks calmly on leash with minimal pulling.

Jake gets along well with other dogs — he’s happy to chill nearby or join in a gentle play session. He is best suited to a house without any cats or pocket pets or young children.

Right now, Jake is staying at our sanctuary, but what he really needs is a warm, quiet home — even just a foster one — where he can keep growing in confidence and finally relax.
