About Julia
Meet Julia - A Subtle Beauty with a Gentle Soul
Julia is a stunning muted calico domestic short-haired female with soft, painterly coloring that sets her apart from the crowd - no ordinary tabby here! Her quiet elegance is matched by a sweet, calm nature that blooms with just a little patience and nurturing.
Julia isn't the type to demand constant attention - she values her independence and prefers to build trust at her own pace. But once she feels safe, you'll be rewarded with genuine, heartfelt moments of connection. She's perfect for someone who appreciates the quieter kind of companionship - the gentle head bump, the contented curl-up nearby, the knowing look that says, "I trust you."
Julia would thrive in a calm, stable home - perhaps with older children who understand the importance of giving her space to settle in. She's ideal for someone looking for a feline friend who doesn't need to be the center of attention but still brings warmth, beauty, and meaning to your everyday life.
If you're someone who understands that love is sometimes whispered, not shouted - Julia might just be your perfect match.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
