Paddington

Please look after this greyhound. That’s what the note pinned to my coat said. Yes, it’s me, Paddington.

Would I like a marmalade sandwich? Yes I don’t mind if I do. Maybe two, just to be on the safe side.

I am a very very good boy! I have been staying with a lovely family while waiting for my forevers and they are smitten with me. They say I am well adjusted to spending time alone, ask to go to the toilet at appropriate moments and am a real people hound.

I would love a household where it’s peaceful. The sound of humans arguing can make me a bit upset. And I don’t like loud bangs. But does anyone?

My foster humans say I am very clever but can sometimes get a wee bit bored which might lead to minor events like chewing up a roll of toilet paper. The good news is this means I’m trainable! Want a hound who can do tricks? I’m your boy!

Apparently my habit of asking to go out the door and then immediately asking to come back in again does remind them a little bit of a (whispers) c.a.t but I promise I’m 100% hound. Could I be yours? Hard stare.
