About Loki - Assisted Rehome 🎾
Loki is a handsome, active boy with a big heart and even bigger love for his family – especially children. He’s been raised around kids his whole life and absolutely adores them, though his energy levels mean he’d be best suited to a home with older children who can keep up with his playful spirit.
Loki hasn’t been socialised with other dogs since puppyhood, so he can be reactive around them and needs to be your one and only pet. He hasn’t met cats or other animals, so a pet-free household will ensure he’s happiest.
What Loki loves:
Walks & adventures – he’s happiest exploring with his humans (best with a head halter to prevent pulling).
Playtime – zoomies, kong toss, chasing balls… Loki is always up for fun!
Food & training – this clever boy already knows “Sit,” “Stay,” “Lay down,” “Free,” and “On your bed,” and he’s wonderfully polite at mealtime.
Snug crate sleeps – he’s crate-trained and content to curl up at night.
Loki has been mostly an outdoor dog, but would love to share both indoor and outdoor time with his family. He’s protective of his home and will bark to alert you when strangers arrive. He can be reactive to dogs through the fence, so a secure property is a must.
With his intelligence, loyalty, and energy, Loki would thrive in a home on property with plenty of space to run. He’d also excel in activities like agility, giving him a job to do and keeping that sharp mind busy.
If you’re experienced with Cattle Dogs or other working breeds and love the idea of helping a smart, devoted boy build his confidence around other animals, Loki could be your perfect match – a true companion for life.

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the owner and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
