About Candy
Meet Candy, a gentle and pretty black-and-white cat with a soft medium coat and an even softer heart. She may be a little shy when she first meets new people, but give her a bit of time and patience, and her sweet personality really starts to shine through.
Candy absolutely loves full body pats - from the top of her head to the tip of her tail - and she will look up at you with the sweetest expression while you’re giving her attention. She has a quiet little purr that you can only hear when your ear is against her body, but it’s there and ready whenever she’s feeling content.
Food is definitely the way to Candy’s heart. She’ll happily walk with you to the food bowl and wait (not-so-patiently) for you to put it down. She also takes a lot of pride in her appearance and doesn’t mind a bit of grooming help, which makes her beautiful coat extra soft and silky.
Candy gets along well with other cats once she’s had a slow introduction and feels safe, and we think she’d do best in a calm home where she can grow in confidence and enjoy plenty of quiet cuddle time.
If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle companion with a soft touch and a loving heart, Candy could be the perfect match.
All Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way. This is for their safety, the health of the cat or kitten and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a cat or kitten goes to. We match the cats and kittens to the adoptee; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising the cats and kittens in their own home, we would appreciate you letting them know if you cannot make an appointment.
