Dude was the victim of a hoarding situation where multiple dogs were housed in small cages. He has not seen much of the world & needs the opportunity to build trust, bond with that special someone & discover this new world.

- Loving but shy: Dude is a lovely boy, though he lacks confidence and can be unsure of new environments and people.
- Sensitive to loud noises: He startles easily with sudden sounds or changes, so a calm, quiet household will help him feel safe.
- Building trust: Due to his past experiences, Dude needs time to process new situations and build positive associations with people, places, and things.
- Dog socialisation: Slow, supervised introductions to other dogs is recommended.
- Walks & environment: He's comfortable harnessed and on walks but can sometimes be a bit worried by his surroundings. A patient handler will help him feel more secure.
