Alf is a wonderfully affectionate boy who's made great strides in his training. He's mastered the art of sitting patiently for his meals and responds well to basic commands. On walks, he enjoys taking his time to explore and experience all the interesting scents around him. He's even learning to sit before crossing the road.

This enthusiastic pup absolutely lights up when visitors arrive and enjoys playing with toys. He's got his own approach to fetch - he'll eagerly retrieve the ball and bring it back, but he's developed the clever strategy of holding onto it until you produce another one! It's all part of his playful personality.

While Alf is still working on toilet training (a common challenge for rescue dogs adjusting to new routines), his loving nature and eagerness to please make him a wonderful candidate for a family willing to continue his training journey.

Alf has been good when meeting other dogs. He has not been around cats and therefore his new home is probably best being feline free.

Alf would thrive in a home where his humans appreciate that the best things in life - like a well-trained, devoted companion - are worth the investment of time and love.

MEDICAL NOTES
Adoption fee includes vet check, vaccination, microchip (including transfer of ownership fee), flea and worm treatment and sterilisation.

ADOPTION NOTES
Our adoption process for the successful applicant includes a meet and greet, (including your own dog if applicable), a home check (or photos of your yard and fencing to be supplied to us if not local), and a two week trial period to ensure your chosen dog is the right fit for your home.

All adoption fees must be deposited into our SAFE Bunbury bank account in full before adoption trial starts (we cannot accept cash). The Adoption Agreement will be emailed to the selected applicant in advance of meeting your chosen dog.

After the adoption trial period has been completed we arrange transfer of ownership of the dog's microchip to the new owner, and email out the vet records.
