About Buffy
*In foster care in North Sydney, Sydney*
Meet Buffy - a loyal young lady with a heart of gold to match the patches on her fur!
Buffy loves her daily routine: breakfast and some morning sunshine, a quiet daytime snooze, plenty of evening snuggles, and a window to peer out of at night :)
Once she's gained confidence in her surroundings, you'll hear her purring like an outboard motor and ready for some serious lap cuddles and tummy pats! She loves playtime, mealtime and night time, when she takes up duty by the window.
If you're willing to give Buffy the reliable environment she needs, you'll be rewarded with the full warmth of her loving and sweet-natured personality!
Like all Maggie's pets, Buffy is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will be peaceful and calm, with some quiet spots I can call my own, a window to gaze out of, and at least one lap to get cosy in.
I don't mind hanging out on my own during the day - but I must admit, I do adore company! A human who works from home or who can be around in the evening for playtime and cuddles would be purrfect for me :)
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm most active at night, when I enjoy going on patrol and wrestling with my toys. During the day I like a space where I can feel safe snoozing for long stints!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I get startled by loud or sudden noises, so kids aged 12+ who can be gentle and quiet with me, and give me my own space when I need it are likely to be a good match.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Ideally, I'm looking for a home without other pets.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
