Meet Kraken - Small Breed Puppy with Big Personality

Kraken might share a name with a legendary sea creature, but this little guy is more about splashes of fun than storms at sea. Currently in foster care with a loving SAFE family, he’s showing off all the classic puppy antics, curious sniffs, joyful zoomies, and an occasional cheeky streak.

Like all puppies, Kraken will need ongoing training to help him grow into his best self. He’d thrive with guidance from his humans and would enjoy learning from another friendly dog in the home. One thing to not, Kraken says “no thanks” to cats, so a feline-free household is a must.

4 THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE APPLYING:

1. Time Commitment: Owning a dog is a big responsibility and requires a significant commitment of time and energy. Be sure to consider how much time you can realistically dedicate to caring for a dog and make sure you are prepared to make that commitment.

2. Cost: Owning a dog can be expensive. Make sure to consider the cost of food, medical care, toys, and other supplies. You may also want to think about enrolling your dog in obedience classes or hiring a professional dog walker.

3. Space: Depending on the breed, some dogs require a lot of space. Make sure you have enough room in your home and yard to accommodate a dog before making the decision to adopt.

4. Lifestyle: Think about your current lifestyle and how a dog may fit into it. Consider if you have any restrictions such as travel, work hours, or allergies. Also, think about how owning a dog may affect your social life.

NOTES:
Adoption fee includes vet check, first vaccination*, flea and worm treatment, microchipping and sterilisation at a SAFE approved vet at 6 months of age.

*Puppies and dogs may require further vaccination(s) to complete the full vaccination course. This will be at the cost of the new owner and is not included in the adoption fee.
