This boy needs a very special home. Jett hasn't had the best start to life and is very anxious when meeting new people. He prefers small friendly dogs & will become more himself when he has a small friendly dog to live with as you will find he is most confident with other friendly small dogs. He needs a home with either older kids, dog savvy children or no children. Once he trusts you he is an good boy and knows many tricks but this will take time to form a bond. We would prefer him in a home with someone home majority of the day or has a small social dog friend who can keep him company and help him feel safe when he's apart from his people. He may resource guard his family or person when he feels comfortable as he is intensively loyal once he trusts you. He needs more training with his indoor manners when toileting is involved and may at times mark his own bedding as his territory and will need further training to adjust to his new home. Adoption fee is $270 as all his vetwork is already complete. Meeting him at the pound facility must be booked prior to taking him home this is because jett chooses his people and some he is very drawn too and others he won't warm to quickly. He will only be rehomed to the Queanbeyan area, surrounding regions or in canberra. He will not be adopted out to a new home that involves lengthy travel.
