About Stacey (Stax)
Meet Stacey (affectionately known as Stax)
"Through absolutely no fault of her own"
It’s time for me to pass on all my blessings and attributes to another great family that deserves unconditional love and support from me.
My foster mum says I’m full of muscle and my biggest muscle can’t been seen but only felt that’s my heart.
I’m ready for lots of cuddles and funny times. Are you my next forever family.
About me:
I am a charming delightful English Staffordshire Terrier.
I am seeking my forever home.
Quick facts:
I am a blue brindle, approximately 15 to 18kgs, I am 3 years old.
I am a female.
About Stacey:
Stacey is extremely loyal and very loving and affectionate.
Stacey does play like a puppy, chasing her toy and doing zoomies up and down the hall. She is also very obedient and will settle immediately upon command.
Stacey is always happy to see anyone, she’s so friendly and wags her tail like a little piggy as soon as she sees anyone, including all dogs.
Stacey’s personality:
Stacey talks, she will let you know all sorts of things. She’s hilarious. She does this low howl like she is giving you a grateful response or she’s letting you know she is happy with the outcome.
Stacey loves her squeaky toy and any soft toys to cuddle and take to her bed.
Stacey has had a lot of experience with Dachshunds and has shown only love and happiness around all dogs and humans.
Stacey’s training:
Stacey is a quick learner, who responds to come and her name.
She also stays on command and will also go to her bed when asked too.
Stacey is fully house trained. She would benefit from a doggy door. Otherwise she will require encouragement before bed time, where she will then sleep for 8 hours straight.
Stacey’s lead skills:
Stacey does walk well on the lead, she does not pull at all.
Stacey will swap from side to side and still learning to keep left.
Stacey’s exercise:
Stacey loves her walks and loves a car ride too.
Stacey has a love for the water, she has a fixation with waves when the boats bring them in.
She’s quite a sight to see.
I have not taken the risk off the lead at the beach because of this extreme excitement. I would proceed with caution in a very controlled environment.
Stacey’s diet:
Stacey does love all home foods.
Stacey has been eating dry biscuits with tuna or sardines or mackerel. This can alternate with pasta and or rice with all vegetables.
Stacey loves a bone to keep her occupied if you need to leave her on her own. I believe the company of another furry friend will suffice her for company in place of the bone.
Stacey’s health:
Desexed - YES
Microchipped – YES
Fully vaccinated – C5 and SR12 (yearly heart worm injection)
Flea and tick – YES (3 monthly Bravecto)
Wormed – YES (3 monthly Milbemax)
Fully Vet checked as per our Policy
