Scofflaw is a sweet and cat social boy (he loves his foster siblings!). We can tell he wants human affection, but he isn't quite comfortable asking for it just yet... so you'll need to be patient and take things slowly. When he accepts pats, he loves them, but it's almost as though he feels a little embarrassed and darts away as soon as he's let you give him a scritchy-scratch! He's a quirky thing, but oh-so-loveable.

He generally keeps himself out of trouble (except for the occasional scavenging for food) and in foster care he's become quite chatty, with an almost a sing-song meow which is super unique! He loves dinnertime and will show his appreciation by rubbing up against your legs!

‼️ As with most cats in a new environment or with new people, he may take a little while to warm up and find his confidence. But he is treat-motivated, which always helps!
