Hey there – Wilson here, reporting live from Greyhound Rescue HQ while I patiently await my perfect forever home.

Like my namesake in Castaway, I’m ready to be your loyal sidekick – the Wilson to your Tom Hanks. The good news? You don’t have to be Oscar-nominated or stranded on a desert island to take me home. (Though if you do win an Oscar for Best Pet Parent, I’ll humbly accept Best Supporting Doggo.)

I’m a sweet, playful lad with a serious soft spot for human affection – pats are basically my love language. Despite my young age, I’ve already cultivated a very distinguished salt-and-pepper snoot. Think George Clooney vibes. (Don’t tell Tom.)

I’m also a bit of a water baby – the Splash Garden at Greysland is my happy place. Zoomies and splashes? Yes, please. I’ve been getting beach-body ready for summer, though honestly, I’ll settle for a backyard hose or sprinkler. It’s not about the glamour. It’s about the puddles.

Since the whole “pet life” thing is new to me, I’d thrive best as your one-and-only pup. That just means more love (and treats) for me!

To make sure everyone is happy, we match each hound with the right family, and we provide lots of support along the way!

All hounds are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm (including heartworm) treated. The adoption fee includes our Adopter Kit containing a martingale collar, leash, muzzle and useful information to help you get your new hound settled in.
