About Glinda and Cruise
Glinda & Cruize – The Cutest Little Duo You’ll Ever Meet
At just 1 year old, bonded siblings Glinda and Cruize are a tiny but mighty pair looking for a home together. Their bond is unbreakable — we have tried separating them, and it caused clear distress for them both. They truly thrive side by side and must be adopted as a pair.
💕 Meet Cruize
Cruize is on the smaller side of normal size, but his personality is anything but small. He’s Glinda’s devoted little brother — often chirping as he wanders the house searching for her. He loves to play, wrestle, and roughhouse, and he brings a sweet, curious energy to the home.
He’s currently learning to walk on a harness and leash and is building his confidence every day.
💕 Meet Glinda
Glinda is petite for her age due to her underlying health condition, but she is otherwise healthy, happy, and full of character. She absolutely adores being close to her humans — her favourite place is perched on your shoulder, wrapped around your neck like the most adorable living scarf while you go about your daily chores.
And here’s something special — Glinda is harness trained and walks beautifully on a leash. She genuinely loves going for walks and exploring the world safely by your side.
🩺 Special Care (Simple & Manageable)
Glinda has inflammatory bowel disease and requires:
A daily dose of prednisolone
A strict gastrointestinal prescription diet: Royal Canin Gastrointestinal
Both cats eat this diet exclusively. They cannot be allowed to steal or be given human food, as it can trigger Glinda’s bowel disorder.

Their prescription diet is completely balanced and nutritionally complete — no guessing, no supplements, no worrying.
Because it’s so nutrient-dense, they don’t require large portions.
Their combined food cost averages approximately $3.30 per day for both of them.
It’s truly a “set and forget” feeding routine that keeps them stable and thriving.

Medical notes
Glinda has irritable bowel disorder, she tolerates royal canin gastrointestinal food and has started tolerating other brands of gastrointestinal foods in small doses. She has a daily dose of predmix (prednisolone) and is a super star at taking her medicine.
Adoption details
*Please only apply if you reside 4hrs from Shepparton
* You will have a list of questions sent that you need to answer and send back.
* (For dog applications) Photos are requested of your yard, the fencing and any undercover shelter areas (patio/pergola) that must be sent through along with answers to questions.
* It’s not first in best dressed and we pride ourselves in finding the perfect family home for the animals in our care and make sure each family finds the perfect animal as well.
* We feed our cats on Lifewise, bags are available to buy from us.
* We also offer a 2 week trial on all animals that are adopted from this rescue organisation, if returned during this time a refund less 10% is given.
* Meet and greets are always taken prior to adoption, on the day if all goes well and you are happy, you can adopt on the spot and take your animal home to begin the next chapter together. We don't offer more than 1 meet and greet.
