Do you remember Charlie? He came to us from the pound with a fractured leg. After a full recovery, this sweet young boy is now ready for his forever home! 🥰

Charlie is still quite an anxious dog, but he’s learning to trust and build confidence each day. He adores his foster family, greets them excitedly, and finds comfort in his crate. He's crate trained, house-friendly, not destructive, and loves being near his people—especially while you're working or relaxing.

Charlie is still wary of strangers, hi-vis clothing, and new environments. He needs a quiet, child-free home with patient people willing to continue his gentle training. If you have a balanced female dog, ideally a little bit older than him to lean on, that would be perfect.

Charlie is working through a training program (Spirit Dog Training – Rescue Dog Bundle) to help with his reactivity and fear. He’s not aggressive and copes well at the vet or around other dogs from a distance.

Charlie is a gentle soul who will thrive with love, patience, and routine. He has so much to give—he just needs the right person to help him feel safe.
