About Maggie Moo
If you’re on the hunt for a charming, lively, and spirited puppy that will bring joy and energy into your home, then look no further than Maggie Moo!
This adorable Border Collie puppy is a bundle of joy and would make a wonderful addition to any active family willing to invest the time and effort needed to train her. With the right guidance, Maggie Moo has the potential to grow into the best border collie cross puppy she can be!
During her time in foster care, Maggie Moo has been living with two adults, two teenagers, and her four-legged foster sibling. She has shown herself to be a loyal companion, often trailing behind her human family members as they move from room to room. Whether it’s following them into the kitchen in hopes of snagging a tasty treat or accompanying them during household chores, Maggie Moo loves being involved in every aspect of family life.
Maggie Moo absolutely adores cuddling up on your lap for some affection.
Maggie Moo is full of energy and loves to engage in playful activities. She enjoys roughhousing with her foster sister, going for walks, and experiencing the thrill of the “zoomies.”
Her love for treats, especially hoofs, and toys is evident, and she has thrived in a family environment where she greets everyone with enthusiasm when they return home.
She is particularly fond of chasing balls and playing tug-of-war with her canine foster sibling.
Maggie Moo is also beginning to learn basic obedience commands such as “sit” and is getting accustomed to walking on a leash. It is highly recommended that she attends obedience training classes during her first year unless her new family has experience with puppy development.
During walks, Maggie Moo is curious about her surroundings and may stop when encountering people, bikes, or prams. Regular walks help her expend some of her puppy energy, and with time, her confidence will grow.
Maggie Moo has a coat that is easy to maintain with regular brushing.. She has also been known to enjoy a bit of steak! In her foster home, Maggie Moo has relished daily walks with her four-legged foster sister. At night, she sleeps in her foster parents’ bedroom, either on a dog bed or under the bed, but she also loves to snuggle up on the bed for a cuddle.
Maggie Moo has been both an inside and outside puppy, with access to the indoors while her humans are at work or school. While she has the company of her foster sister, if she were to be an only dog, she would need toys and mental stimulation to keep her occupied when left alone. Being a puppy, she can get into a bit of mischief, such as occasionally digging in the garden or fetching her foster mom’s shoes from the wardrobe (though she doesn’t chew them, just brings them out)! Despite her active nature, Maggie Moo enjoys downtime on the couch or lounging on the living room rug.
Maggie Moo is a delightful and energetic puppy who requires time, effort, and reassurance from her forever family as she learns to navigate the world and achieve her puppy milestones.
