Hi, I’m Coober!

I’m a gentle, sweet boy with a big heart and the loudest purr, just waiting for the right person to love me. When I first came into care, I was so scared, so I hid for about a week before I felt safe. But with time and patience, I learned to trust, and now I’m a totally different cat.

I’ve recently started spending time with the resident cats and dogs at my foster home. I get along well with the adult cats and I’m learning all the rules (sometimes the older cats give me a whack or a hiss if I push my luck!). I’m also doing okay with the dogs—as long as they’re calm. If they bark or run around, I’ll hide, but with slow introductions and a gentle dog, I’ll adjust in time.

I adore my siblings and would love another cat friend in my new home. Strangers and new situations can still make me a little nervous, so I’d probably suit a calmer household. But here’s the thing—I’ve never hissed or scratched, even when I’m unsure. I’m a softie through and through.

My favourite things? Wavy wand toys and Temptations treats—I can’t get enough of either! I’m also perfectly litter-trained, no issues at all.
