About Tura
Tura is a striking 6-month-old tortoiseshell kitten with a big personality wrapped in a petite, purring package.
With her gorgeous, marbled coat and bright, curious eyes, Tura is as much of a heart-stealer as she is a playful goofball.
This little lady loves to play-chasing feather toys, batting around crinkle balls, and zooming through the house like she's training for the Kitty Olympics. But once she's had her fun, Tura is more than happy to curl up nearby for some well-earned attention.
Though she's independent and confident, she also loves to be near her people. Expect gentle head bumps, cozy naps nearby, and her signature tortie charm at full blast when she wants some love.
Tura would thrive in a home where she has space to explore, plenty of toys to keep her entertained, and people who enjoy a cat with a bit of sass and a lot of heart.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
